"Alan Wake 2" has cool stuff to find, like the Writer's Journey Videos. Some are easy to get, others are hard. Want to know where they all are? Here's a guide to help!

Finding the Writer's Journey Videos

There are 8 videos in total. You'll get some just by playing the game, but others you might miss if you're not careful. The videos start playing on their own when you're near the right TV. If nothing happens, you're either too far away, at the wrong TV, or you missed your chance and need to go back later.

Where to Find the Videos:

1. The Dark Place: This plays by itself. Just finish "Initiation 1: Late Night", and it'll play at the end.

2. Writing: It's first available in "Initiation 1: Last Night". To see it, visit the Vision TV Shop and get close to the TVs in the window.

3. Murder Sites: Another automatic one. It plays when you're in "Initiation 2: Casey" and walk through the Break Room.

4. The Dark Presence: Found in the same spot as the second video. Near a payphone is the Vision TV Shop. Go close to the TVs in the window.

5. Visions: During "Initiation 5: Room 665", visit room 101 of Oceanview Hotel. To unlock the door, find the key in the Ballroom Break Room. You can't get this after the chapter ends.

6. Drowning: This plays in "Initiation 7: Masks" after checking photos in the basement and trying to leave the studio. Check the shoebox with photos before leaving. Some players said there's a glitch where it doesn't always play.

7. Stop Writing: In "Initiation 8: Zane's Film", turn right at the Concession stand in the Break Room. Enter the small room to find it.

8. Initiation: Still in "Initiation 8: Zane's Film", during the third loop of the mission, find a door with a big red "Exit" sign above it in the Projector Room. Go near it to play the last video.
