Mod Benches allow players to customize and upgrade their weapons in Fortnite Chapter 5. Fortnite Chapter 5 Mod Bench Locations

To gain access to the weapon mod benches hidden inside vaults, you'll first need to get your hands on a special Society Medallion. These medallions are closely guarded by different boss characters scattered around the map at major landmarks. 

Here are all the Mod Benches in Fortnite Chapter 5:

Lavish Lair Mod Bench

The first Mod Bench is hidden inside Oscar's vault at Lavish Lair.

• After defeating the boss Oscar, head to the mansion's backyard pond.
• Look underneath the steps to find a tunnel leading straight to the vault.
• The Mod Bench will be on the left side once inside.

Fencing Fields Mod Bench

To find this Mod Bench, defeat the boss Nisha at Fencing Fields to get her vault key.

• Go to the outdoor area with tables and locate the staircase leading to the basement.
• Take the first left and enter the white door.
• Continue through the brown door behind the bar to find the vault on the left wall.

Grand Glacier Mod Bench

Montague is the boss guarding the vault at Grand Glacier Hotel.

• Take him out to get his key and enter the hotel lobby.
• Go through the white door left of the stairs and head down the steps on the right.
• At the bottom, look right to find the vault room.

Reckless Railways Mod Bench

The vault at Reckless Railways is protected by Valeria.

• After defeating her, go to the house in the southeast corner.
• In the back is a spiral staircase leading to the basement.
• Take the first left to locate the vault on the left side.

Snooty Steppes Mod Bench

To unlock this vault, eliminate Peter Griffin at his mansion.

• Use his key to enter the front door and head left.
• Go through the brown door behind the bar and the Mod Bench will be inside on the left wall.

Floating Island Mod Bench

The last Mod Bench is found on the Floating Island that spawns in the 4th storm phase. Land on the island and enter the basement of the lone house to find the Mod Bench.
