Azur Promilia – New Open World Game by Azur Lane Developers

Azur Promilia was just announced yesterday and from what we received in the form of an introduction trailer and quite a substantial gameplay demo, this game will likely be one to watch out for.

Let’s see what we know so far.

What is Azur Promilia

Azur Promilia is an open-world ARPG developed by Manju, the developer behind Azur Lane. The game is set in a vibrant fantasy world filled with a huge variety of creatures that can aid you in combat, help you gather materials, and work for you. 

However, the best part is that you can ride some of these creatures to make your exploration more enjoyable. From the gameplay demo, it was seen that there are not only ground mounts, but also air mounts, however, there was no mention of water mount so that is maybe something to look forward to in the future.

Yet that is not all Azur Promilia has to offer.

Apart from its unique pet system Azur Promilia offers a wide roster of characters with unique appearances and playstyles. Whether these characters will be obtained through a gacha system is still unknown, however, it is most likely that this will be a gacha game.

The same goes for the pets, we have seen from the demo that you can get pets from the open world, however, it is not confirmed if there will be pet gachas, but that too is something to look forward to.

On top of its interesting pet system and smooth looking, yet fast combat Azur Promilia also offers a stunningly beautiful world that just seems alive and welcoming. Furthermore, it seems that both pets and their elements interact differently with the world, helping you with gathering resources and completing puzzles.  Currently, there have been 3 maps revealed but there are certainly more coming in the future. 

Last is the farming simulation part of the game that we only got a quick sneak peek of, but from what we saw it seems to be quite interactive with your pets helping you along the way, however, it is still unknown 0how much this feature will impact the final game.

All in all, Azur Promilia appears quite promising. The game offers a mix of various features from other games such as Genshin Impact, Palworld, Stardew Valley, and more.

Azur Promilia Release Date

As of yet, there is no release date announced for Azur Promilia. The game just launched pre-registration on its website which may hint at a release either sometime during 2024, or we might even go into 2025 which we believe is the more likely outcome.

Information for the game is still new and is sure to start coming out these months following the game’s reveal. We’ll keep you updated should any new information about Azur Promilia come out.
