Who is Charlotte

Charlotte Roselei is the captain of the Blue Rose Knights and is a Power Type Debuffer character. She is quite high up on Black Clover M’s Debuffer Tier List and given that players get her for free on their first tutorial pull, she is quite a good unit to build!

Charlotte’s Skills

Charlotte is a good debuffer that lowers an enemy’s attack and defense, while also applying Bleed on them to inflict further damage and help out the team. Here you can see a full breakdown of her skills.

SKILL 1

Thornvine Whip

Swings a thorny whip at an enemy, dealing damage.
- Attacks after granting 30% [Increased DMG Dealt] if an enemy has a [Mark].

SKILL 2

Thorn Garden

Deals damage to all enemies with rising vines covered in thorns.
- Applies [Reduced DEF Lv. 2] to all enemies for 2 turn(s).
- 50% chance to inflict a [Mark] on an enemy for 2 turn(s).

SKILL 3

Corpse-Hunting Briar Trees

Deals damage to all enemies with numerous thorn-covered vines.
- Inflicts [Reduced ATK Lv. 3] on all enemies for 2 turn(s).
- 40% chance to inflict [Bleed] on an enemy, dealing continuous damage for 2 turn(s).

SKILL 4

Combined Attack

Performs a combined attack with partnered mage, dealing damage to an enemy.
- Inflicts [Incapacitate Lv. 5] on an enemy for 1 turn(s).

Charlotte’s Best Gears

Charlotte is best built with 3 sets of gear for PvE. Those being DEF, HP and SPD. For PvP ,however, she is best built with a 2-piece DEF set and a 4-piece SPD set.

By using the following Talents you will be able to get the most use out of Charlotte.

Attack Talents:

Increased ATK - [ATK] +7%
Battle Frenzy - Grants 2.5% [Increased CRIT Rate] at the start of a wave. (Stacks up to 5 times)

Defense Talents:

Increased DEF - [DEF] +20%
Endurance - Grants [DEF] +4% and [CRIT RES] +2% at the start of a wave. (Stacks up to 5 times.)

Support Talents:

Swiftness - Grants a [SP+1] buff upon having less than 2 SP(s) at the start of a turn.
Increased DMG RES - [DMG RES] +10%

Charlotte Roselei is a great character to have, and you won’t go wrong with building her. She is a great unit to start off with and is your first SSR. If built right and teamed up with some of the other characters that are high up on the Tier List she can shine and help you through some tough content.
