Black Clover M: Julius Guide - Best Build, Kit & More

With the upcoming release of Julius in Black Clover M on December 25th, it is time to look at what this new Attacking unit can do, and what are some sample builds that you might want to prepare for him, ahead of his release on the 25th.

Who is Julius

Julius is the Wizard King of the Clover Kingdom and is the newest character coming to Black Clover M. Julius is a Technique type Attacker that, according to his performance in the Korean and Japanese versions of the game, is going to be yet another meta shifting unit. He is sure to find a place on most teams, and given that he will be free you would only lose out on not using him. But before that you need to know what he does and how to build him!

Accelerating Bullet

• Uses Time Magic to quickly transfer magic bullets to the enemies' side, dealing damage to an enemy.
  • Applies 5% [Decreased Stamina] to the enemy.
  • If this attack is a Critical Hit, apply 5% [Increased Stamina] to all allies.

Distorted Time

• Uses Time Magic to swiftly approach the enemies and explode a magic orb, dealing damage to all enemies.

  • 50% chance to inflict [Time Stop] on an enemy for 2 turns.

  • Grants self [Increased SPD Lv. 3] for 1 turn(s).

     

Chrono Stasis

• Restrains an enemy with "Chrono Stasis" and fires magic bullets at them, dealing damage.
  • [Stuns] the enemy for 1 turn.
  • Applies 20% [Decreased Stamina] to the enemy.
  • Gain an [Extra Turn] if this attack kills the enemy.

SKILL 4

Combined Attack

• Performs a combined attack with your partner, dealing damage to an enemy.
  • Upon having a [Buff], attacks after applying 30% [Increased Damage] to yourself.
  • Applies 10% [Decreased Stamina] to the enemy.

Defense Talents:

• Increased DEF - [DEF] +20%
• Endurance - Grants [DEF] +4% and [CRIT RES] +2% at the start of a wave. (Stacks up to 5 times.)

Support Talents:

• Mage’s Blessing - 20% chance to grant a [Reduced Skill II’s Cooldown by 1 Turn] buff at the start of a turn.
• Increased ACC and PEN - [ACC] +5% & [PEN] +5%
