This new character is known as [Third Eye Disloyal] Rhya, and he is a Technique Attacker who specializes in [Extra Attacks] by relying heavily on CRIT.

Third Eye Disloyal Rhya is an SSR Mage with the Technique Type. He specializes in dealing high amounts of damage thanks to his [Extra Attack] buff that is tied to all three of his skills. The condition for his [Extra Attacks] is landing a critical hit, so getting a good crit ratio on him will be a must.
Additionally, Rhya can also copy enemies’ buffs, apply [Electrocute], and even apply a unique debuff based on the enemy’s class, making him an interesting character to have on your lineup!
