Black Clover M: Upcoming Character: Valkyrie Armor Noelle - Pre-Release Review and Skills

Yesterday, the official media channels for Black Clover Mobile teased a new character coming to the game with the text Valkyrie Armor.

For those who’ve played the other versions of Black Clover M immediately understood that this teaser had to do with the character Valkyrie Armor Noelle.

The post mentioned that this character is “finally coming” to the game, so to help you prepare for her, we will show you all this character’s skills and what you need to know about it before its official release.

Valkyrie Armor Noelle Pre-Release Review

From what we know from the other version of Black Clover M, Valkyrie Armor Noelle will be an SSR Harmony Defense unit.

Given the information we have, she will likely not be a seasonal character, meaning that you won’t be able to get her by using your season keys and will have to go with the old method of simply pulling for her.

With that out of the way, let’s talk a bit about Valkyrie Armor Noelle and what she can do. From the information that we have, it is clear that Valkyrie Armor Noelle will be more than just a [Defense] unit. She is highly reliant on a buff known as the [Sea Dragon’s Spear], which highly increases her damage output by giving her ridiculous [Increased DMG Dealt] buff, based on how many stacks you have of this buff.

Additionally, due to being a defense unit, Valkyrie Armor Noelle has high defense stats and amazing survivability, while also having some defensive buffs tied to her kit. This, combined with her amazing damage output thanks to the buff given by the [Sea Dragon’s Spear], makes Valkyrie Armor Noelle a character that can honestly do everything.

As of right now, she is without a doubt one of the more anticipated units in the game, and you’ll see why after reading her skills.

SKILL 1

Sea God Battle Maiden's Spear

• Pierce with a sharp spear of water, damaging one enemy.
  • For each [Sea Dragon's Spear] buff, attacks after granting a 40% [Increased DMG Dealt] buff.
  • Grants a 40% [Reduced DMG Taken] buff to the ally with the highest All ATK for 1 turn.

SKILL 2

Sea Dragon's Cradle

• Noelle creates a water sphere that protects allies and gives buffs to all allies.
  • Grants all allies a 10% [Reduced DMG Taken] buff for 2 turn(s).
  • Grants all allies an [Increased CRIT RES Lv. 2] buff for 2 turn(s).

SKILL 3

Sea Dragon's Roar

• Creates a giant sea dragon and deals damage to one enemy.
  • For each [Sea Dragon's Spear] buff, attacks after granting a 75% [Increased DMG Dealt] buff.
  • Attacks after inflicting [Barrier Removal] on an enemy.

SKILL 4

 

Combined Attack

• Performs a combined attack with your partner, dealing damage to an enemy.
  • Grants the partnered mage [Invulnerability] for 1 turn.

UP

Unique Passive

• If there is only a single Defender in your team, grant self [Sea Dragon's Spear] every time you're attacked (stacks up to 4 times and resets after using Skill 1 or Special Skill).
  • When at 4 stacks, remove Immortality from the enemy before attacking.

Valkyrie Armor Noelle is a highly anticipated unit and a character that a lot of players will love to have on their teams. What’s great about her is that she doesn’t need specific conditions to bring out the best of her damage. This means that she will likely do great no matter what team you place her on.
