Mystic Flower Cookie is one of the two newly announced cookies to be coming to Cookie Run: Kingdom.

She is the first Beast Cookie to join the game and is expected to shift the meta of the game drastically.

Today we will share with you what Mystic Flower Cookie does and how you can get her when she releases this week.

Mystic Flower Cookie will be a healing cookie and the first Beast Cookie to join the game. Given that both the PvE and PvP meta in Cookie Run: Kingdom are highly dependent on healing cookies and will see a lot of change when new healing cookies are introduced, we can speculate that Mystic Flower Cookie will play a huge role.

On top of being a healing-type cookie, she is also the first Beast Cookie, and her skill [Whispers of Apathy] is one truly overpowered skill.

You can see what Mystic Flower Cookie’s skill does below:

Whispers of Apathy

Whispers of Apathy

  • Creates the Realm of Apathy, shielding the allies with the Cocoon of Futility. Allies within the Realm of Apathy have their HP periodically restored. They will also gain the [Touch Meaninglessness] buff. Once the duration of the Realm of Apathy is over, the allies will be Healed for a portion of the DMG they have dealt.
  • The Cocoon of Futility cannot be Dispelled or removed by Zap or Overcurrent.
    • The effect will remain even after the HP Shield reaches 0 capacity. If the target is at Max HP, incoming Healing will restore the HP Shield instead.
  • If an enemy Cookie enters the Realm of Apathy, their Cooldown will be increased, and their ATK SPD will be reduced. They will also be inflicted with the Pale Plague, increasing the remaining Cooldown when dispelled.
  • Mystic Flour Cookie will increase her own DMG Resist based on the decreased amount of Cooldown. Her Lantern of Apathy will keep healing the allies regardless of Mystic Flour Cookie's current status and will be further enhanced when she is defeated.
  • If there are no Safeguarded Cookies in the team, Mystic Flour Cookie cannot be incapacitated, and gains increased Max HP. The amount of Healing coming from the Lantern of Apathy and its trigger rate will also greatly increase. Ally Cookies will also be provided with Buff Protection.
  • Mystic Flour Cookie is immune to Apathy along with all targets of the Cocoon of Futility and disrupts the Power of Apathy effect affecting enemies.

Given that Mystic Flower Cookie will introduce a new rarity type to Cookie Run: Kingdom, we cannot say with certainty what her rates will be on the standard banner or if you’ll even be able to get her from the standard banners.

As of right now, it has been confirmed that players will be able to get Mystic Flower Cookie from the Light of Apathy Gacha, which will run alongside the new version.

In the Light of Apathy Gacha, you will get a copy of Mystic Flower Cookie every 250 pulls. But you will also have a chance of getting her or her Soulstones earlier than that.

To summon in the Light of Apathy Gacha, you will need Light of Apathy which you’ll be able to get through various events and game modes.

We will keep you updated with more information when the new update officially launches, so keep an eye out on our site for that.
