The newest Cookie Run: Kingdom update is just around the corner and is set to release next week on May 30.
As such, the developers have given a sneak peek at what we can expect from the new update to get players hyped and get them to start saving their gems and preparing their wallets.

New Beast-Yeast World
The [Realm of Apathy] update will expand on the story of Beast-Yeast by introducing episode 3 - [The Awakening of White Apathy] to the game.
In this episode, players will get more insight into Dark Cacao Cookie and his followers while also meeting new friends and enemies along the way.
Additionally, as with previous Beast-Yeast episodes, you can expect this episode to give you a ton of gems and rewards to help you get the cookies you want.

New Cookies
A new Cookie Run: Kingdom update cannot do without new cookies, and the new cookies this time around will surely shock you.
With the [Realm of Apathy] update, we are finally getting the first Beast Cookie in the game, which will be Mystic Flour Cookie. Mystic Flour Cookie is the first playable Beast Cookie and is set to be a Healing Cookie, with her skill being [Whispers of Apathy]. Beast Cookies are an entirely new rarity of cookies, and it is still unknown how players will be able to get Mystic Flour Cookie, but we’ll keep you updated with any new information that gets released.
The other new cookie that will be appearing in this update is Cloud Haetae Cookie. Cloud Haetae is a new Epic Defense Cookie whose skill is [Haetae Charge]. Given that the Defense Cookie role is already full of great defense cookies, it is unsure if Cloud Haetae Cookie will be able to find a place for itself, but that will be determined after its release.
New Element
We already mentioned that the new update will cover more of Dark Cacao Cookie’s story. Well, it will also introduce a completely new element into the game, which is Darkness.
A total of 8 cookies will fall under this new element, and it is interesting to see how the new element will change both the PvE and PvP metas.

Might of the Ancients
The [Realm of Apathy] update will also expand on the beloved Might of the Ancients mode by introducing its second part. In the Might of the Ancients Part 2, players will be able to get either White Lily Cookie or Golden Cheese Cookie, which are both great cookies that see a lot of play in high-end PvP.
Given that Might of the Ancients gives players the chance to obtain a new Ancient Cookie for free, this expansion is sure to be gladly welcomed by the whole community.
Others
This update will add new production building storage while introducing new bundle items. There is still not much information about them, but we’ll keep you updated when more news is released.

Future Update Sneak Peek
The points we’ve outlined above will all go live on May 30th with the initial release of the [Realm of Apathy] update. However, similar to previous Cookie Run: Kingdom updates, this update will also be divided into two parts. The second part of the [Realm of Apathy] update will feature the following:
- Beast Raid
- Caramel Arrow Cookie’s Magic Candy
- Darkness Gacha
There is still no information about the exact date and time for the second phase of the [Realm of Apathy] update, and we only have a really slight sneak peek at what’s to come, but we will make sure to update you with any new information that gets released.
