S-Tier Dead by Daylight Killers
The Nurse, The Blight, and The Executioner make up the S tier. These killers have powers that fundamentally break the normal gameplay, making them extremely difficult to counter.
The Nurse
The Nurse is considered S-tier due to her powerful blink ability that allows her to teleport through objects and ignore pallets and windows during a chase. This allows skilled Nurse players to end chases extremely quickly. However, she has a high skill requirement and is very difficult for new players.
The Blight
His lethal rush allows him to rapidly zoom across the map and hit survivors from unexpected angles. Good Blight players can use their power to render many tiles and loops useless. He takes practice to learn but has great potential in the right hands.
The Executioner
His ranged attack goes through walls and can hit multiple survivors. Caging survivors also bypasses perk effects that require hooking. This makes him excellent at disrupting standard gameplay.

A-Tier Dead by Daylight Killers
Killers in A tier have diverse powers that excel in map pressure and chase ability. If you truly know how to maximize the skills of the A-Tier killers, they can be in close competition with the S-Tier killers.
The Spirit
When phasing with her power, she moves at high speed and is nearly invisible to survivors. This makes her very difficult to counter in a chase. However, recent nerfs to her add-ons have dropped her from S to A-Tier.

The Hag
Her ability to teleport to traps allows her to quickly ambush survivors across the map. Good trap placement gives her great map pressure and chase potential. However, she is slow in direct chases and survivors can disarm her traps, limiting her power.
The Plague
Her corrupt purge applies broken status to survivors, allowing her to down them in one hit. Skilled Plague players can injure survivors before activating her power to quickly take advantage of this. However, she is slowed while charging her power, allowing survivors to gain distance. Her power also relies on survivors cleansing themselves at pools to become corrupted.

B-Tier Dead by Daylight Killers
B-tier killers tend to excel in one area but struggle in another.
The Huntress
Her ranged hatchets allow her to injure and down survivors quickly. However, she lacks map mobility and her power is heavily dependent on the player's aim. Good survivors can loop her for long periods of time.
The Cannibal
The Cannibal's chainsaw is a high-risk, high-reward power that requires precision and practice to use effectively. Good survivors can exploit its weaknesses, making him lower tier than many other killers. His power grants instant downs but at the cost of having counterplay and no additional tracking or pressure abilities.

C-Tier Dead by Daylight Killers
C-Tier killers often take a long time to get value from their power, making them stand on the lower tier.
The Shape
He takes too long to build up his power, leaving him as a basic M1 killer for much of the match. Experienced survivors won't let him reach Evil Within 3, keeping him low tier.
The Ghost Face
While he can insta-down survivors after stalking, it takes time to build up his power. He struggles in early game and lacks anti-loop tools compared to top-tier killers.
The Deathslinger
His spear gun is strong in short ranged 1v1s but survivors can still loop him. His lack of map pressure and large terror radius also hinder him, especially after nerfs.

D-Tier Dead by Daylight Killers
The Trapper, Wraith, and Pig have powers that are easy for survivors to counter at high ranks. Their abilities don't help much in chase, forcing them to rely on perks and add-ons.
The Trapper
His traps are too easy for survivors to spot and disarm, rendering his power useless. He struggles in chase and has poor map mobility, making him unviable at high ranks.
The Pig
Her ambush is easy for experienced survivors to avoid and her RBT traps rarely kill good survivors. She lacks strong chase power and largely relies on stealth, putting her in a weaker D-Tier position.
