The holiday season has officially started, and Blizzard has been doing their best to incorporate it into Diablo 4. With the recent addition of the Abattoir of Zir, as well as the Midwinter Blight event, it has been an amazing time for any fan of the series. The celebration doesn't stop here; however, with the developers deciding to buff the Uber Unique drop rates for Duriel in an upcoming hotfix. These changes are going to make it a lot more fun to grind for the best items in the game during the holiday season.

Game Updates
- Echo of Duriel drop rates for Uber Uniques will now be doubled until January 8th.
Developer Note: We’re boosting Duriel Uber Unique drop rates until January 8th to help all those looking for that special piece of gear. Happy Holidays!

Vampire Power Update:
- Metamorphosis: Unstoppable duration changed to a flat rate instead of scaling with Vampiric power level.
- Unstoppable duration changed to 2.5 seconds at all levels. No longer increases per level.
- Damage increased from 80%/120%/160% to 110%/180%/250%
Note: Metamorphosis in-game tooltip will not reflect these new values, and will be updated at a later date through a client update.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where in extreme cases, Charged Bolts would result in stability and performance issues.
Those were all of the new changes added by Hotfix 5. The increased Uber Unique drop rates for Duriel are going to be amazing for players planning on grinding during the holiday season. It's easier than ever to get that Shako, just before the debut of Season 3 at the end of January!
