The main mechanic of Diablo 4's Season 6 is the Realmwalkers, gigantic new bosses that are going to spawn in different regions around the world. Once a Realmwalker spawns, they will start moving towards a ritual site while spawning hordes of enemies. By defeating these enemies, you are going to be able to reduce the health of the Realmwalker. Once the Realmwalker reaches its destination, it will slam into the ground, creating Hatred Spires around it. If you manage to destroy these Spires, the Realmwalker will be defeated, and you will be able to enter the portal it leaves behind.

These Realmwalker bosses are going to spawn every 15 minutes in different locations around the world. Every hour, they will also be a Tree of Whispers objective, which will allow you to complete some Grim Favors. An extra Realmwalker will also spawn in the new region of Nahantu each hour.
