DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO How To Unlock Future Trunks and Jiren
To unlock the storylines of Future Trunks and Jiren in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO, you'll have to complete Goku's saga first. The latter becomes available at the end of the Universe Survival Arc, and Future Trunks can be accessed after finishing the Future Trunks Arc.
To make it simpler, they are both at the end of Chapter 7 of Goku's saga and unlocking them won't take longer than one or two hours.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Future Trunks & Jiren
Future Trunks' saga has more Episodes, but although Jiren's storyline is shorter, his fights against Goku are extremely exciting. Moreover, he has some additional fights and Sparking Episodes for those who would like to explore more.
