On your travels in Dragon's Dogma 2, you will find yourself starting quests and then having no idea what to do. In some missions, the game does not give you a location to head to or tell you what steps to take. This does lend some sense of immersion into the role of the Arisen but it can be frustrating.
One such mission is the Hunt for the Jadeite Orb. When you enter Checkpoint Rest Town, you meet a beastren named Offulve who will ask for help finding the Jadeite Orb. Ask around and talk to Everard. He will also offer a reward for the Jadeite Orb, adding another outcome to the quest.
Where to Find the Jadeite Orb in Dragon's Dogma 2
The good news is that the Jadeite Orb is nearby and Dragon's Dogma 2 won't have you running across the map to find it. Head over to Ibrahim's Scrap Store and take a look at his stock. You will find the Jadeite Orb available for 7500 gold. This is one of the easier quests, but the difficult part is figuring out who you should give the orb to.

Who Should You Give the Jadeite Orb to in Dragon's Dogma 2?
Both Everard and Offulve want the Jadeite Orb in Dragon's Dogma 2 but there is only one. Before you make your decision it might be best to see what rewards you will get from either NPC.
If you give the Jadeite Orb to Offulve, you will receive 3000 gold and an Expert Camping Kit. He also promises to reward you properly at a later date. Everard offers you 12000 gold and the Ring of Skullduggery. The ring gives you a major damage boost when attacking from behind.

Most people will immediately decide Everard is the better option in Dragon's Dogma 2 but there is a way to give both characters the Jadeite Orb. It does depend on how honest you want to be. Talk to Ibrahim and ask him to make a forgery of the orb. It will cost you 2000 gold and a few days for him to create it. You can rest or come back when it's ready.
Give Everard the real Jadeite Orb. He will check with Ibrahim to make sure it is the real deal, resulting in you heading to jail if you give him the fake. If you are fast, you can always bribe the store-owner to lie but that will cost you more gold than you can earn from the quest.
Give the fake Jadeite Orb to Offulve and you can reap the rewards from both NPCs. It might not be the morally correct way of completing the quest in Dragon's Dogma 2 but if you need the gold, who's going to argue with you? That's all there is to know about the Jadeite Orb quest. I hope this helps.
