How to Obtain the Falx?

There are two ways to get the Falx in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. In both cases, you'll have to run into the NPC Hornsent.

Method One: Rauh Ancient Ruins

1. Follow Hornsent's questline.
2. Hornsent will invade you at the Rauh Ancient Ruins, just before entering the arena to fight Romina.
3. Defeat Hornsent to obtain the Falx and his armor set.

Method Two: Cleansing Chamber Anteroom in Enir-Illim

1. If you, for some reason, miss Hornsent’s quest, you'll have another chance at the Cleansing Chamber Anteroom.
2. Invade Needle Knight Leda's world.
3. Defeat Hornsent, Leda, and Dryleaf Dane to get the Falx.
