Talismans are accessories that have special effects, and they are dropped by defeated enemies and bosses. They can also be found in chests, on top of corpses, or you can simply purchase them from Merchants. However, keep in mind that they cannot be upgraded.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is a brand-new addition to Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and it is used to raise Stamina recovery speed by 22.5%. It has a more powerful version as well, called the Green Turtle Talisman, but you cannot equip both at the same time.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is located in a cave behind a waterfall east of the Rivermouth Cave mini-dungeon. In order to get there, you need to drop down to the lowest level of the Ellac River from Gravesite Plain. Head north and descend by using the tombstones near Temple Town Ruins in Rauh Base.

Once you have reached Rivermouth Cave, you'll find a small waterfall with a cave behind it. Avoid or fight the three glowing enemies at the entrance and enter the cave. You'll see the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman next to a turtle at the back.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is amazing for low-Endurance characters, and the additional Stamina regeneration gives you an amazing boost in combat. This means that you don't have to spend all your time waiting for your Stamina to recover between attacks.

In case you're playing a melee-focused character who relies a lot on Stamina, we recommend that you get the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman at the very beginning of your journey through the Land of Shadow. Have fun and good luck on your next adventure!
