Tier List Explanation

This tier list will examine 5 beginner builds in Elden Ring by ranking them based on power, availability, and outright enjoyment.

  • D-Tier: This tier consists of a build that might be strong, but has some setbacks that makes it not as desirable as the other ones higher up on the list.
  • C-Tier: This build will be a lot better than the previous one, albeit with some flaws.
  • B-Tier: Now we're talking! This build will not only guarantee your early game success but also a lot of fun.
  • A-Tier: This build is almost perfect in its execution, however, the last one is surely a lot better overall.
  • S-Tier: You can't go wrong with this build. You have everything you need and more!

NOTE: Although this tier list serves as an entrypoint for new players, whichever build you choose, you will be guaranteed to succeed no matter what.
