Everything About Brick or Treat LEGO Fortnite Event

The spooky season is here and many games are celebrating, Fortnite included. The Epic Games team has something special in store for the LEGO Fortnite v31.40 update. Players can expect surprises, in-game events, and the ability to team up with friends through split-screen mode for the "Brick or Treat" event. Let's discuss everything you need to know about it.

Split-Screen Gameplay in Fortnite

Fortnite players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One can jump into the action together in split-screen mode. This is amazing news! The split-screen update in v31.40 allows users to navigate the LEGO Fortnite world as a duo.

To get the split-screen in LEGO Fortnite, connect a second controller, select the second player's account, and link it to their Epic Games account for access to rewards, quests, and other progress.

Brick or Treat LEGO Fortnite Pass

The Brick or Treat event comes with a LEGO Fortnite Pass, allowing players to unlock rewards and in-game items. By completing Halloween-themed quests and collecting Studs, players can unlock rewards from a free track or opt for the Premium Reward Track for even more exclusive items.

• The free reward track includes ten Decor Bundles, with "The Dump on Old Durrr Drive" as the final reward. This is a g great building to add a little creepiness to any in-game space.
• The Premium Reward Track costs 1,400 V-Bucks because it offers some more goodies. There are 11 additional rewards, including spooky decor bundles like Frankie’s Laboratory and "The Ruin of Rue Royale." If you get the Premium Reward Track, you’ll instantly unlock the Andy Fangerson Outfit 

Halloween Town and The Nightmare Before Christmas Collab

In v31.40, Fortnite fans can celebrate Halloween by exploring Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (although many question if it's a Christmas or Halloween classic). The Halloween Town Hall Bundle is available for 1,800 V-Bucks and it offers iconic buildings and decor bundles inspired by the film. Additionally, players can purchase the Sally and Pumpkin King Outfits, each featuring a LEGO Style and a Fortnite Style.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Along with new content, the v31.40 update brings various gameplay improvements. Changes include a reduction in the Tomato Leader’s healing frequency, the addition of map markers for easier navigation, and fixes for issues such as the enemy Crossbow not changing colors correctly.
