In the expansive universe of Starfield, there's an abundance of spacesuits to choose from. However, as is typical with Bethesda games, the most exceptional options often require a bit of extra effort. The Experimental Nishina Spacesuit is a top-tier choice for planetary exploration, but obtaining it involves a series of tasks. Fear not, as we'll guide you through the process step by step.
Locating the Experimental Nishina Spacesuit:
Unfortunately, you won't encounter the Experimental Nishina Spacesuit until you've progressed significantly in Starfield's main storyline. It's one of the potential rewards for completing the "Entangled" quest, which could be among the final missions, depending on the order you tackle them.
"Entangled" takes you to a besieged Nishina laboratory in pursuit of one of the final Artifacts. However, there's a twist – due to Nishina's experiments with the Artifact, the lab is colliding with its counterpart from an alternate universe. Your mission is to venture deep into the laboratory, shut down the experiment, and navigate between both universes.
While it may resemble the brilliant "Effect and Cause" level from Titanfall 2, it offers an enjoyable experience. The central decision revolves around which universe to preserve at the end, determined by the universe you're in when you retrieve the Artifact.
You have two choices:
- Original Universe: Here, everyone except an engineer named Rafael has survived the experiment.
- Parallel Universe: In this universe, the opposite is true.
There's no definitive right answer, as Starfield frequently presents moral dilemmas. To acquire the spacesuit, you must follow Director Patel's request and save the original universe. As a gesture of gratitude, Director Patel will reward you with the spacesuit. It may not be the most stylish suit, but it boasts high stats and superior protection against alien creatures, making it a valuable asset for defense in your interstellar adventures.
