Today, Epic Games finally released the last set of story quests from the 'Myth and Mortals' questline, named 'Medusa's Snapshot'. Every 'Medusa's Snapshot'' Quest in Fortnite

Similar to the other story quest, The 'Medusa's Snapshot' questline contains 11 different tasks in 9 stages:

  • Speak with Medusa after all other snapshots are completed (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Collect a Crackling Hourglass (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Destroy vases to collect the Golden Fleece statues (3) - 10,000 XP
  • Find and retrieve Medusa's Broken Harpe Sword (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Deliver the artifacts to Medusa (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Defeat Minions to buy time for Medusa (6) - 10,000 XP
  • Use a Scrying Pool to speak with Oracle (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Destroy Crackling Hourglasses to weaken Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass (3) - 10,000 XP
  • Report back to Medusa (1) - 10,000 XP
  • Damage Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass, then Defeat Zeus - 10,000 XP
  • Report your victory to the Oracle (1) - 10,000 XP

Speak with Medusa After Completing All Other Snapshots

For the first stage, you need to talk to Medusa after finishing all earlier snapshot quests. You can either speak directly to the Medusa NPC or use a Scrying Pool. Refer to the image below for all her locations on the map.

Collect a Crackling Hourglass

The second stage involves collecting items in Mount Olympus. The Crackling Hourglass is located in the lower level room to the left of the central swimming pool.

Destroy Vases to Collect the Golden Fleece Statues

For this quest, destroy three vases containing Golden Fleece statues in Mount Olympus POI, marked with a blue exclamation mark.

Find and Retrieve Medusa's Broken Harpe Sword

The broken Harpe Sword is in the same room as the Crackling Hourglass but on the opposite side. Retrieve it to progress through the stages.

Defeat Minions to Buy Time for Medusa

Next, defeat six Minions to buy time for Medusa. Minions are the henchmen of the bosses—Zeus, Hades, and Ares. Visit any of these boss locations, summon them, and defeat six Minions.

Use a Scrying Pool to Speak with Oracle

Speak with the Oracle using a Scrying Pool. There are four Scrying Pools on the map; check the image below for their precise locations.

Destroy Crackling Hourglasses to Weaken Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass

There are five Crackling Hourglasses across the map; you only need to destroy three of them. They are located at Restored Reels, Fencing Fields, Brawler's Battlegrounds, Summit Temple, and Pantheon Path. Choose locations with fewer players to complete your quest more peacefully.

Report Back to Medusa

After destroying the three Hourglasses, return to Medusa and speak with her to proceed to the next quests.

Damage Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass, Then Defeat Zeus

First, damage Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass located in the hallway before the swimming pool, then summon and defeat Zeus.

Report Your Victory to the Oracle

After completing all the previous stages, go to a Scrying Pool and speak with the Oracle to finish the final quest.
