With the nostalgia-filled Fortnite OG season, players have been rejoicing in the return of the original map and loot pool. But that's not all – the elusive and mischievous gnomes have made a comeback as well. By seeking out these hidden gnomes, players can earn a substantial XP reward.
What Are Gnomes in Fornite?
Gnomes have been a part of Fortnite's lore since its early seasons in Chapter One. These tiny characters often added subtle changes to the map every week, creating unique scenarios. Players would often find gnomes in peculiar situations or engaged in playful antics.
While they might seem like ordinary garden gnomes, they have always played a significant role in Fortnite's history. So, if you're up for the challenge, seek out these hidden gnomes and claim your XP rewards. The Fortnite OG season will last until December 2, offering players ample opportunities to uncover more secrets reminiscent of Chapter 1, Season 5 through Chapter 1, Season 10. If more gnomes surface, you can expect related quests to follow.

Why Search For Gnomes?
In the Fortnite OG season, gnomes are scattered across the map, waiting to be discovered by players. Each gnome offers a generous 20,000 XP. With a total of 10 gnomes available, players can earn a whopping 200,000 XP, which equates to a significant 2.5 levels in the Battle Pass.
Gnomes have a storied history in Fortnite, often playing tricks and games while 100 players battle it out for a Victory Royale. These gnomes are tucked away in specific areas of the map. Once found and interacted with, the gnome vanishes, and the XP reward is a one-time deal.
All Hidden Gnome Locations
Fortnite's OG season provides a mechanic to assist players in their gnome hunt. When players approach a gnome's location, an alert symbol (represented by "!") will appear, guiding players visually and on the map directly to the gnome. Here are the exact locations of all ten gnomes:
-
Gnome #1 (Junk Junction): North of Junk Junction, find a giant llama structure made of metal materials. The gnome is sitting near a pile of bricks.
