Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 - Lawless begun last week! As with every new season, we get a fresh Battle Pass, exciting new mechanics, brand-new weapons and accessories, and, of course, a set of weekly, Kickstart and a new Story quests. If you want to unlock every reward from the Battle Pass, the best way is to complete all available quests.

In this guide, we'll show you exactly how to complete each quest from the third Story questline, titled "Wanted: Midas."

How to Complete the Wanted: Midas Quests in Fortnite

The Wanted: Midas storyline consists of six exciting stages, and the best part? You won’t have to grind for hours to complete them! However, if you haven’t unlocked the Rare Keycard yet, you’ll need to progress through the Outlaw Keycard challenges until you complete 10 stages to obtain it. But if you already have it, most of the Midas Story Quest can be finished in just one playthrough.

Follow this step-by-step guide to breeze through every quest and save time—you’ll be done before you know it!

1. Complete a SHADOW Briefing to Earn Midas' Trust

For the first stage, complete one SHADOW Briefing. There are different types available, and it doesn’t matter which one you complete. Check the image below for all SHADOW Briefing locations on the map.

2. Spend Bars in Black Markets to Bribe the Outlaws

The second stage requires you to spend 1,000 Bars in any Black Market.

3. Open an Outlaw Chest with a Rare or Better Outlaw Keycard

For this stage, you’ll need to open an Outlaw Chest, which can be found in any Black Market behind a locked door requiring an Outlaw Keycard.

If you only have a Common Outlaw Keycard, you must complete 10 stages of Outlaw Keycard Progression to unlock the Rare Keycard, which allows you to open the chest.

4. Equip the Sensor Backpack and Scan Mysterious Energy Signatures

This stage requires you to equip the Sensor Backpack, located between Canyon Crossing and Crime City. Simply follow the marker on your map.

Once equipped, you’ll see three markers in the mountains nearby. Follow the white exclamation marks and interact with each glowing spot to scan the Mysterious Energy Signatures.

5. Steal a Copy of the Mask-Making Book from the Mask Maker's Hideout

For this stage, you need to steal a Mask-Making Book from the Mask Maker's Hideout, located in the sewers of Masked Meadows.

Follow the white exclamation mark to the building entrance, go downstairs, and continue through the sewers until you find the book.

5. Steal a Copy of the Mask-Making Book from the Mask Maker's Hideout — Epic Games

6. Talk to Midas About the Zero Point Shard

For the final stage, simply return to Midas. You’ll find him at the Black Market above Masked Meadows.

That’s it! You’ve now completed every Wanted: Midas Story Quest in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 – Lawless. If you're having trouble with the third stage (Open an Outlaw Chest with a Rare or Better Outlaw Keycard), make sure to complete 10 stages of Outlaw Keycard Progression to unlock the Rare Keycard.
