The second phase will feature two character banners titled:
- Seeker of Flame-Wrought Secrets
- Reign of Serenity
The phase two banners will run starting from September 17, 2024, giving you one more week to prepare those Primogems!

This banner will give players the chance to pull for the NEW 5-star Kinich. Kinich is a Dendro Claymore user and part of the Natlan roster that will make your exploration of Natlan easier with his grappling abilities. Anyone who’s been wanting to zoom around like Spiderman in Genshin will now get that chance.
The banner will also feature the following 4-star character:
- Thoma (Pyro)
- Kujou Sara (Electro)
- Chevreuse (Pyro)

The second phase weapon banner will feature two ridiculously powerful 5-star weapons:
- NEW Fang of the Mountain King (Claymore)
- Engulfing Lightning (Polearm)
Fang of the Mountain King is Kinich’s signature weapon, while Engulfing Lightning is Raiden’s signature. Engulfing Lightning has stood the test of time and has solidified itself as one of the best support Polearms that players can pull for.
Combine that with the fact that now you only need 160 wishes to guarantee yourself a 5-star weapon; this weapon banner just might be a good time to drain out your stock of wishes.
The weapon banner will additionally feature an increased drop rate for the following 4-star weapons:
