This is because he is highly dependent on the Burning reaction to deal the chunk of his damage, and his signature weapon also procs with it. That is why it is highly recommended that you have at least one Pyro unit to pair with Kinich at all times. With that out of the way, let’s check out some of his best teams!

It allows Kinich to get a ton of field time, thanks to Emilie and Dehya doing most of their damage off-field. Additionally, Emilies fits perfectly here due to her affinity with the Burning reaction, allowing for some crazy numbers even as an off-field DPS. Dehya and Bennett, on the other hand, are mainly here to proc the Burning reaction while also providing a nice boost in survivability and DMG boost to Kinich.
That being said, not everyone will have Emilie given that she was only released recently, so you can swap her out for almost any other Dendro unit such as Nahida, Baizhu, or even Collei to make the team more accessible and still maintain its overall power.
