Genshin Impact Version 4.7 - Three New Characters Announced

Genshin Impact Version 4.7 is releasing in a couple of days, and this is usually the time when the developers behind Genshin Impact announce the drip marketing for their new characters.

For Version 4.7 we have 3 newly announced characters and in this article, we'll look at all three of them.

Version 4.7 New Characters

As already mentioned Genshin Impact 4.7 will feature 7 new unique characters coming to the game.

This has not happened in quite a while, as for new version releases players usually get 1-2 new characters, so having 3 characters to test out and play is certainly a welcomed thing. Though depending on how you look at it, it may also end up hurting your wallet.

The three new characters that will be joining the game in Version 4.7 are:

• Clorinde
• Sigewinne
• Sethos

Clorinde

Clorinde is one of the main characters that appeared in the Fontaine story and has been a fan favorite ever since her first appearance.

She is set to be an Electro unit, that will most likely use a sword. There is no information about her rarity, however, leaks that have been circulating among the community suggest that she will be a 5-star character.

Currently there is not much information about her and her kit, so we will keep you updated when more news appear.

Sigewinne

Sigewinne is one of the healers in the Fortress and one of the characters that appears in the earlier parts of the Fontaine story.

She is set to be a Hydro unit that will most likely take on a healer role. She is presumably going to compete with Kokomi for the role of the best Hydro healer in the game, however, we won't know that for sure until her official release.

Similar to Clorinde there is no official information on her rarity, so we will have to wait for further leaks or official announcements.

Her weapon of choice is to a mystery and we will release more information about it and her kit when the information drops.

Sethos

Sethos is the final character making his way during Version 4.7. There is not much known about this character apart from the fact that he comes from Sumeru.

Sethos is revealed to be an Electro character, and from his official marketing image, we can see that he is wielding a bow, which suggests that he will be a bow user, however, that will be confirmed at a later date.

Regarding his kit there is not much known there as well, so we will still have to wait for more information. The same concerns his rarity, which for now is a mystery as well.

Summary

All in all, Genshin Impact 4.7 is sure to bring some new and interesting characters to the game. 

It has been a while since Genshin has released three new characters in one version, so it will be fun to see if players will be saving their primos, or will reach for their wallets in an attempt to catch them all.
