Maintenance Date and Time
The version 5.0 maintenance will begin on August 28, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC+8). After its start, the maintenance is expected to last 5 hours, and during this time players will not be able to log into the game and play. As such, make sure to complete your tasks before the start of the maintenance.
NOTE: The maintenance is expected to end on August 28, 2024, at 11:00 (UTC+8). This is just an expectation and should be taken with a grain of salt. The maintenance may be shorter, or it may be prolonged. You can always refer to the official Genshin Impact media pages to confirm the game’s status.

Maintenance Compensation
To compensate the players for the maintenance downtime, the developers will be sending the following gift:
- Primogems x300 (60 per hour the game has been down)
To be eligible to receive the compensation, players must meet the following requirements:
- Reach Adventure Rank 5 before August 28, 2024, 06:00 (UTC+8)
If players meet the above requirement, they will be eligible to receive the compensation and can find it in their Mail after the maintenance has concluded.
The compensation mail is available for only 30 days after being issued, so don’t forget to claim it!
