Genshin Impact is the biggest gacha game on the market and has remained that way for years, mostly thanks to its amazing storytelling and spectacular polish, which just make it a ton of fun to play. But that is not all that makes Genshin great. For example, when talking about Genshin, one cannot forget to mention its amazing characters that get added to each version. Version 5.2 will be no exception either, as we are getting two new characters to fool around with, and both of them are characters that we’re already familiar with.

Genshin Impact Version 5.2 will feature 2 new characters from different elements. These characters are Chasca and Ororon. Both are part of the Natlan roster, helping to expand it.

Chasca
"...We have come to a full and thorough understanding of the folly and recklessness of our recent actions and agree to set aside our differences and move forward as one... This statement has been drafted entirely of our own free will, with no objections whatsoever. Additionally, we would like to thank the Peacemaker for her outstanding contributions with respect to facilitating this reconciliation."
— A "heartfelt" joint statement of reconciliation, made by a pair of chiefs after an inter-tribal conflict.
Chasca is an Anemo character from the Flower-Feather Clan. We are first introduced to her during the Archon Quest in Natlan, where she plays a big part in helping the Traveler and the remaining members of the cast. Currently, we know that Chasca wields an Anemo vision and will be coming out during one of the phases of Version 5.2. Her appearance suggests she is a free spirit, who fans speculate will introduce a flying mechanic to the game. All Natlan characters so far have had an interesting movement mechanic tied to their kit, with Mualani being able to ride the waves, Kinich being able to jump through the air, and Kachina being able to climb walls easily. With the introduction of Chasca, we might just see a new type of movement mechanic being added to the game.

Ororon
"Not even the most intransigent of patients can come close to matching his stubbornness. Once he's made his mind up, it's almost impossible to change it. I don't worry about him, though — He has his own way of thinking, and I'm sure he'll manage just fine, no matter what this crazy world throws at him."
— Casually muttered by Ifa as he jotted down a medical report.
Ororon is the second character announced for Version 5.2. He is currently revealed to wield an Electro Vision, and his outfit gives off edgy-teen vibes, which might just mean that Fischl has found her match. Unlike Chasca, Ororon is part of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe, and we are expected to encounter more of him during the continuation of the Archon Quest in Version 5.1. Currently, there is no information about Ororon’s rarity, so we’ll have to wait a bit more until more information about that surfaces.
