The Chronicled Wish banner is back, and players will once again get the chance to pull on this unique banner. Similar to the first time the Chronicled Wish was introduced, you will get to pull for characters that haven’t gotten a re-run in quite some time, and this time the roster features a number of fan-favorite characters. This guide will tell you what you need to know about this special banner, so keep on reading to find out more.

Available Characters

Genshin Impact Version 5.3 Chronicled Wish Guide

The characters that players will be able to summon for in the Version 5.3 Chronicled Wish banner can be found below:

  • Baizhu
  • Shenhe
  • Keqing
  • Ganyu
  • Xiao
  • Tartaglia
  • Qiqi

Players can choose one of the characters to wish for. After reaching pity, or getting a 5-star character early, players will be guaranteed to get a character, but they will not be guaranteed to get the character they’ve chosen. You will have a 50/50 chance of getting the character you’ve chosen the first time you obtain a 5-star character in the current Chronicled Wish. If you do not get the character you’ve chosen the first time, you will have a 100% chance of getting it the next time you summon a 5-star character.

The pity for the Chronicled Wish banner is set to 90, just like the other banners, and you can only summon on this banner by using Intertwined Fates or Primogems. This means that you will have to weigh your options if you want to wish on this banner or spend your savings on any of the current limited-character banners.

The weapons that will be available to choose from in the Chronicled Wish for Version 5.3 can be found below:

  • Primordial Jade Cutter
  • Summit Shaper
  • The Unforged
  • Calamity Queller
  • Primordial Jade-Winged Spear
  • Jadefall's Splendor
  • Memory of Dust
  • Polar Star
  • Amos' Bow

Similar to the characters, players can choose and chart one weapon that they will be summoning for. If you’ve chosen to pull for a weapon, you are guaranteed to get a weapon whenever you summon a 5-star item. In addition, just like the character alternative, you will not be guaranteed to get the weapon you’ve chosen the first time you get a 5-star item. You have a 50/50 chance of losing and getting another 5-star weapon. However, you will be guaranteed to get the weapon you’ve charted the second time you get a 5-star item. The pity for the weapons is once again set to 90, and you need to use Intertwined Fates or Primogems to summon.

The Chronicled Wish banner is without a doubt an interesting banner, but it can also be detrimental to your savings, so make sure to consider the pros and cons of it before deciding to pull the trigger and wish on it!
