Free 20 Pulls
The developers have announced that during the version 5.3 update, they will give out a total of 20 Intertwined Fates and other goodies to all players. These rewards will be split into two different events. One of the rewards will be available by checking-into the game into the game, and it will reward you with 10 Intertwined Fates.
The remaining source of Primogems can be obtained by logging in. Similar to the above reward, this reward will be sent to you through the mail. This reward features 1,600 Primogems alongside a crown and a ton of level-up materials.

How to Get
To get the 10 Intertwined Fates, players must log into the game during the Version 5.3 update. These Intertwined Fates will be obtainable through a limited check-in event. If previous check-in events are anything to go by, then we can expect this event to give out all rewards in the span of 7 days with the following layout:

The rewards sent via the mail, on the other hand, should be available for a bit longer, even sometimes being available even after a month. As such, you shouldn’t worry too much about the rewards and should rather focus on playing and enjoying yourself.
