Today is a special day as the developers behind Genshin Impact not only revealed details about the phase one banners for Version 5.3 but also dropped all of the information for the phase two banners, giving us details about the upcoming 4-star characters and even the weapon banner. While we speculate that most of you will be drained of Primogems following the first phase featuring Mavuika and Citlali, the second phase will not have mercy either. It features both Arlecchino and Clorinde. Some of the best DPS characters currently in the game. Version 5.3 certainly seems like a resting place for our wallets. Phase Two Character Banners
Phase two of Version 5.3 will feature two rerun banners for the 5-star characters Arlecchino (Pyro) and Clorinde (Electro). The names for these banners will be the following:
- The Hearth’s Ashen Shadow
- Illuminating Lightning
Both banners will feature the same duration, the same boosted 4-star characters, and the same pity, giving you the choice of which banner to pull on and then maybe changing your mind and continuing on the other banner. Find more details about each banner below.

The Hearth’s Ashen Shadow banner will give you the opportunity to pull for the 5-star Pyro character Arlecchino. Arlecchino is a powerful DPS unit that relies on Pyro infusion to deal damage with her Basic Attacks. She is one of the strongest Pyro DPS units in the game and a fan favorite thanks to her high number even while using a 3-star weapon. Like other DPS characters, Arlecchino can be hard to build, as she requires a decent amount of CRIT sub-stats, but if you have the right artifacts, you practically don’t need to worry about her weapon choice, as she can dominate with practically anything. Arlecchino is without a doubt a character deserving of your Primogems.

The Illuminating Lightning banner will give you the chance to pull for the 5-star Electro character, Clorinde. Clorinde, similar to Arlecchino, is a powerful DPS unit that has a unique playstyle focusing on using her E skill to enter a special stance that changes her Basic Attacks from melee to ranged and makes her one of the fastest attacking characters in the game. Clorinde has a unique combo that you have to follow to get the most out of her damage, but once you get the hang of it, she is really fun to play and quite easy to build. If you’re looking for a solid Electro DPS, then she might just be the character you’ll want to invest your Primos in.

The phase two weapon banner will feature two rerunning 5-star weapons. The [Crimson Moon’s Semblance (Polearm)] and the [Absolution (Sword)]. Both of these weapons are the signature weapons of Arlecchino and Clorinde and are powerful tools to have in your arsenal thanks to their CRIT main stats. Both weapons offer a lot of value for the Primogems that you will spend, and having them on the same banner is a true blessing. If you’re lacking in good Polearms or Swords you might just want to consider pulling this time around. Alongside these amazing 5-star weapons, you will also get an increased chance of getting the following 4-star weapons:
- Lithic Spear (Polearm)
- Sacrificial Bow (Bow)
- Rainslasher (Claymore)
- The Widsith (Catalyst)
