Granblue Fantasy Relink: How to Farm and Use Curios

Curios are one of the features in Granblue Fantasy: Relink and players can use them to get some good free rewards.

Curios unlock in the later part of the game and are used to get some exclusive Sigils such as the Berserk sigil and other rewards.

In this guide we’ll go over how you can farm curios and how to use them!

What are Curios

Curios are one of the resources in Granblue Fantasy: Relink that you can get either by getting them from the open world or by receiving them as a drop from Quests in the [Quest Counter]. 

Curios have many different rewards inside of them ranging from normal resources to unique Sigils. Most of the items that are stashed away in the Curios can be found in Quests, however, there are some items in the Curios that are unique, which is why it is worth farming them!

Where to Farm Curios

Curios can drop from defeated enemies and generally you would want to farm stages with a lot of enemies to get the most Curio drops. For that we recommend going and searching for most [Survival] type quests in the [Quest Counter].

[Survival] quests have you fighting a large number of enemies which makes it easier to get a lot of drops!

The survival quest that we recommend the most is - [Assault Formation]

Assault Formation is an Extreme Difficulty Survival quest that has you fighting a lot of Aviaeth enemies to get High-Grade Scrap and Machine Units which can later be exchanged for some good items in Siero’s Knickknack Shack.

To unlock the quest you first need to unlock Extreme Difficulty which can be done by completing the main story of Granblue Fantasy: Relink and start doing Rolan’s quests to increase your rank, until you finally get to the Extreme Quests.

How to Use Curios

After you have farmed a lot of Curios you might start wondering how to use them, because in their raw form they come as boxes with nothing more to them.

The way to use these Curios is to appraise them at Zathba. Zathba is a character that you encounter in Chapter 6 of the main story in Granblue Fantasy: Relink and he will help you Appraise your Curios to get the rewards inside.

After you have gotten some Curios you can head on over to Zathba, which can be found in Seedhollow.

To get to Zathba you can either use the map and look for the magnifying glass or you can press R and Fast Travel directly to him.

When at Zathba you simply talk to him and receive a window that shows your number of current Curios and gives you the ability to [Appraise] them.

After you have appraised your curios you will get a screen with all of the rewards and there you can check if you have gotten lucky and gotten any of the unique Sigils.
