Granblue Fantasy Relink - How to Farm Spellbooks

Spellbooks are one of the items in Granblue Fantasy: Relink that let you level your characters without having to go out and grind Quests with them. They are basically experience books that give your characters a lot of experience instantly.

In this guide we’ll go over where you can farm them and how to use them.

What are Spellbooks

Spellbooks are a type of item in Granblue Fantasy: Relink that instantly gives a set amount of EXP to your characters. There are 3 different kinds of Spellbooks - Copper, Silver and Gold with each giving a different amount of EXP.

In the table below you can see how much experience each book gives.

• Copper Spellbook - 80,000 EXP
• Silver Spellbook - 400,000 EXP
• Gold Spellbook - 1,400,000 EXP

Spellbooks are hard to find in the later game, but you can easily farm them when you get to the Endgame content in Relink. There are several ways to get spellbooks and we’ll tell you all about them.

How to Get Spellbooks

In Granblue Fantasy: Relink you can get Spellbooks in various ways. The most common ones are through Side Quests, Trophies, Quests and exchanging items for them at Siero’s Knickknack Shack.

Trophies are the achievement system in Granblue Fantasy: Relink that can be accessed through Lyria’s Journal which can be found after pressing ESC when inside of the game. Some Trophies reward certain items and among those items you can find all three kinds of Spellbooks.

While you progress through the game you can also find some missions or side quests that will award you with Spellbooks for completing them, so be on the lookout for that.

When it comes to Quests, they are the most sure way of farming Spellbooks. The easiest way to farm Spellbooks is through the [Slimepede] quest that unlocks at Maniac Difficulty after you have finished Chapter 0 of the Main Story in Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

In a single run of Slimepede you can get a ton of Copper Spellbooks and the Quest itself gives a lot of EXP so it's the best way to level up your characters and farm Mastery Points.

The final way to get Spellbooks is by exchanging Dalia Badges for them at Siero’s Knickknack Shack. There you can exchange both Silver and Gold Dalia Badges to get all three kinds of Spellbooks.

How to Use Spellbooks

Spellbooks in Granblue Fantasy: Relink are really easy to use. All you have to do is press ESC when inside one of the game’s hub towns and open your Inventory. There you will search for your books and interact with them.

After you have interacted with the book you want to use you pick the character you want to use it on, choose the amount of books that you’d like to use on that character and press [Execute].

The window will show you how much EXP you will get in total as well as the new level of the character you have selected to use the Spellbooks on.
