GTA 6 Vice City & Leonida State Mapping Project
The GTA 6 Mapping Project was created by the community based on clues from the GTA 6 trailer that dropped in 2023 and some leaks from 2022. Although not every location on the map is confirmed, VIMAP has been very transparent about which parts are based on facts and which ones are speculative.
Currently, the confirmed locations are Vice City Downtown, the Gator Keys, and the northern part called Gellhorn. However, these are only the main locations that we know of for sure. Since the GTA 6 trailer release, we have been able to confirm some additional locations on the map, so keep reading to find out more!
How to read the GTA 6 Mapping Project?
Is it possible to figure out what's confirmed and what's not when looking at the map? Fortunately, yes. There's a color-coded list provided at the top-right corner of the map, so you can immediately tell what's going on. The main rule to remember is that dark colors are associated with facts and bright colors with rumors, as indicated in the example above.

GTA 6 Confirmed Locations List
Gator Keys
The Gator Keys location has been clearly confirmed by the trailer. What's more interesting here is what's supposedly on the other side - the Grass Rivers. However, the latter is yet to be confirmed since the trailer didn't provide enough evidence.
Vice City Beach
We've all seen the opening scenes of the GTA 6 trailer and they are stunning! Especially the view of Vice City Beach. Luckily, beaches are easy to find on maps, so don't worry, you won't miss it!
South Vice City Balcony
GTA fans have been going crazy with excitement over this view! We mean the background, the lady is already taken. But don't worry, Grand Theft Auto Six is full of exciting roof-top locations that can take your mind off of everything else. The South Vice City Balcony is located very close to the beach, so go ahead and check it out!
Vice City Airport
Although there's an amazing Airport for all GTA fans to enjoy, we're sure you won't need it - Vice City looks like a place that we'll never want to leave. However, if you'd like to cause some trouble there, it is located on the outskirts of Vice City.
Vice City Prison
We hope you'll never find yourself in the GTA 6 prison, but if you do, you better find a way to escape! Prisons aren't fun even in the most amazing places like Vice City. But if you'd like to visit a friend - the prison is located South of Port Gellhorn.

i404 Road
The i404 Road has finally been confirmed by the trailer and everyone is beaming with excitement. The road is located right next to Watson Island, so don't waste time and go take a look!
Venetian Islands
The Venetian Islands are a great place for vacation, but an even better one for mischief. The location has been confirmed thanks to the tennis court visible at the bottom of the image. Rumors might be wrong most of the time, but not today!
Rockbridge
Rockbridge was shown on multiple occasions throughout the trailer but this part left every GTA 6 fan speechless. Who doesn't want to take a drive as wild as this one? Rockbridge is located below Little Haiti, near Crosstown.
Port Gellhorn
Port Gellhorn looks like the perfect place to drive as fast as you can. Plus, it looks like a good location to make some extra cash. You can find the place in the Northwest part of the map.
Hamlet
If the wild motorcycles didn't convince you to go to Hamlet, we don't know what will. This neighborhood is located right next to Keys Causeway and fortunately, it's now officially confirmed.

Key Houses
This image not only appeared in the trailer but its location was also confirmed by a previous leak. The Key Houses are situated right at the tail of Gators Keys. Without a doubt, there are going to be some interesting people around.
Ocean Drive
A street full of hotels, casinos, expensive cars, and suspicious underground bars - what else could we ask for in the new GTA 6 release? What's interesting about Ocean Drive is that it's not really new! It's making a fabulous return from GTA Vice City 2002 and we can't wait to have it back.
Diner & Store
You think you've seen it all? Wait until you walk into the Vice City Diner & Store. Be careful though, there might be alligators around. You can find this location right next to the Easy Inn Motel. Don't worry, the map will take you there.
Vice City Port
This is a location that you can't and should not miss! A thrilling ride on a boat? Why not! We might even go on a few missions while we're at it. Fingers crossed there are going to be fast boats left by the time we get there.
Mud Club
Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty at the Mud Club! Unfortunately, the GTA community is still struggling to find its location. However, in real life, it is located right next to Port Gellhorn, so maybe you can come up with your own theory for our map!
