Honkai Star Rail: Tribbie New Character Reveal

Honkai: Star Rail is heavily preparing for the release of one of their biggest version updates to date, namely Version 3.0 [Paean of Era Nova]. However, while version 3.0 is in the works and is but a few weeks away from launch, the developers behind Honkai: Star Rail have already begun leaking information about the distant Version 3.1. One of the first pieces of information we’ve gotten about this future version is the announcement of a new 5-star character known as Tribbie. Let’s learn more about this future character below.

The Messenger departs from that holy land beloved by the tripartite prophecy, splitting herself into a thousand pieces and setting off on her journey.
O Tribios, Holy Maidens of Janusopolis, the Chrysos Heir who stole Passage's Coreflame. You shall toil for the masses, bringing the news of deliverance to all domains — Go find the children of humanity with golden blood in their veins, shatter the dimmest dark in this world, and walk toward the tomorrow where the stars gleam.

Tribbie, the triplets of fate, are certainly an interesting addition to Honkai: Star Rail’s roster. They are a 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Harmony and only the second Quantum Harmony character after Sparkle. Given that the Path of Harmony dabbles in support functionality, we can definitely see Tribbie being a new form of support unit that may very well take on the role of a summon support, given the introduction of the new Remembrance Path in Version 3.0. That being said, the character might also take on a completely different direction, and we won’t know anything for sure until Version 3.1 gets close to release.

Appearance

As for Tribbie’s appearance, this unit is a set of three unique characters all using the small female model. While this model has been used on other 5-star characters such as Clara and Bailu, it is the first time we have seen the model being used on a limited 5-star character. More so, on three of them. While there are three characters on the reveal image for Tribbie, we currently do not know how this unit will work in-game, whether all three will appear simultaneously, or if there will be some kind of switch mechanic and only one of them will appear at a time. All of this will be revealed as 3.1 draws closer, so make sure to keep your eyes open for more updates.
