Maintenance Date and Time
The Version 2.5 maintenance will take place next Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC-8). As usual, the developers have mentioned that the maintenance will take approximately 5 hours to complete, and during this time you will not be able to access the game. So make sure to finish up your dailies beforehand!

Maintenance Compensation
To compensate players for the downtime, the developers of Star Rail will be giving out a small gift, as they do with any of their maintenance updates.
Players must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the compensation:
- Trailblazers with Trailblaze Level ≥ 4 before September 10, 2024, 06:00 (UTC+8)
If you meet the requirements, then whenever the maintenance is completed, you will find the following gift in your Mail:
- Stellar Jade ×300
The compensation will be issued within 5 hours after the game has been updated with Version 2.5, and you’ll be able to claim it before the version ends.
