The Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7 just took place today and revealed a plethora of interesting information for players. From new characters, a new story, an announcement for Version 3.0, and much more, we also got an unexpected surprise at the end of the livestream. This surprise was none other than the Express Gift. The Express Gift is simply put on a standard 5-star selector ticket that will give players the chance to choose one of the standard 5-star characters in Honkai: Star Rail!

What is the Express Gift
As we’ve already mentioned, the Express Gift is a ticket that will give you the opportunity to claim one of Star Rail’s standard 5-star characters entirely for free. The 5-star characters that are considered standard are the following:
- Bronya (Harmony - Wind)
- Bailu (Abundance - Lightning)
- Clara (Destruction - Physical)
- Yanqing (Hunt - Ice)
- Welt (Nihility - Imaginary)
- Gepard (Preservation - Ice)
- Himeko (Erudition - Fire)
Players will be able to choose one of the above characters and gain a free copy of them. If you already have all of the characters, then you can still choose anyone to get an Eidolon for them!

How to Claim
The Express Gift will become available after the release of Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7 on December 4, 2024. Players will be able to claim the Express Gift just by logging in and permanently claiming a free 5-star standard character. There is currently no information on whether you will be required to meet certain conditions to claim the gift, but it is safe to assume that it will be handed out to all players.
The Express Gift will be available starting from Version 2.7 until the end of Version 3.2, so be sure to log in at least once during that time to claim your free 5-star character!
