Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.0 [Paean of Era Nova] is almost upon us, and with it so are the new banners that we’ll be able to spend our Stellar Jade on, and hopefully not have to slave away at the game just so that we can get the new characters. The new banners will feature two new limited 5-star characters and a total of 6 rerun banners, which players will be able to choose from. If you’re curious to learn more, keep on scrolling!

Phase One Banners
The first phase of Version 3.0 will feature a rate-up banner for the new 5-star limited character [The Herta]. The Herta is a new variant of Herta, a character we’re well familiar with. While The Herta maintains the element and the path of the original Herta, she has completely new animations, a new skillset, a brand new character model, and basically everything new. The Herta will be available on the [Message From Beyond] banner.
Alongside this banner, players will get the option to choose from one of three rerun banners for the following characters:
- Lingsha (Fire - Abundance)
- Feixiao (Wind - Hunt)
- Jade (Quantum - Erudition)
Players will be able to choose one of these characters to pull for and will be able to swap the currently chosen character whenever they like.
Alongside the character banners, players will also get the chance to pull for the new limited 5-star Erudition Light Cone [Into the Unreachable Veil], which just so happens to be The Herta’s signature light cone. In addition, depending on which rerun banner you choose, you will also get the chance to pull for that character’s signature light cone. Lastly, the 4-star characters that will receive a boosted drop rate during the events are:
- Natasha (Physical - Abundance)
- Asta (Fire - Harmony)
- Moze (Lightning - Hunt)
With the following 4-star light cones receiving a rate-up boost on Light Cone banners:
- Only Silence Remains (Hunt)
- Landau’s Choice (Preservation)
- Geniuses’ Repose (Erudition)

Phase Two Banners
The second phase of Version 3.0 will allow players to pull for the limited 5-star character Aglaea. Aglaea is the first character from the Remembrance Path to be introduced to the game, and she is an amazing DPS unit that will use a summon to aid her in battle. Aglaea is certain to shift up the meta and add a breath of fresh air to Star Rail. Players will be able to pull for Aglaea on the [Tailored Fate] banner.
Alongside this banner, players will also get the chance to choose from one of three rerun banners featuring the following 5-star characters:
- Boothill (Physical - Hunt)
- Robin (Physical - Harmony)
- Silver Wolf (Quantum - Nihility)
Moreover, during the second phase of Version 3.0, players will get the chance to pull for the new 5-star limited Light Cone [Time Woven Into Gold], which is the first 5-star remembrance Light Cone to be added to the game and also the signature Light Cone for Aglaea. Besides this Light Cone, players will also be able to pull for the signature light cone of the rerun character they’ve chosen. Lastly, the 4-star characters that will receive a rate-up boost during this phase are:
- Tingyun (Lightning - Harmony)
- Hanya (Physical - Harmony)
- Sushang (Physical - Hunt)
In addition, those pulling on the Light Cone banners will get boosted drop rates for the following 4-star Light Cones:
- Geniuses' Greetings (Remembrance)
- Subscribe for More! (Hunt)
- Dance! Dance! Dance! (Harmony)
