How to Add Villagers

Once you construct the Village Square, daily visitors will hang around it during daylight hours.

• Talk with wanderers and convince them to stick around until the evening.

How to Remove Villagers

Since there's no menu option to directly ‘fire’ your villagers, you've got to take an indirect approach - destroy the bed tagged to the villager you want gone.

• Once you smash their mattress, the banished villager will move on after a couple of in-game days, leaving a spot open for a new recruit.
