With today’s update, a new construction with a countdown timer has appeared on the map, hinting at an upcoming event in just a few days. Similar to the Stark Fan Club Found Quest from two weeks ago, a new Found quest has been added for us to tackle.
The quest is called "Activate Rift Beacons for Peelverine", and completing it will reward you with one level on your Battle Pass. This challenge is straightforward and quick, but the key is knowing how to get started. In this guide, we’ll walk you through exactly where to begin and how to complete it.

How to Complete Peelverine's Found Quest in Fortnite
To start this quest, you first need to locate the Peelverine NPC. If you check your collection, you might think Peelverine is just outside Reckless Railways, but since the event’s timer is now set there, Epic Games has moved Peelverine to a new spot.
Where to Find Peelverine in Fortnite
Luckily, Peelverine hasn’t moved too far. You’ll now find him in a nearby Named Location: Restored Reels, which is east of Reckless Railways. Once there, look for him roaming around the outskirts of the area. When you spot him, simply interact with him and choose the option from the image below.
How to Complete the Activate Rift Beacons for Peelverine Quest
Once you’ve started the quest, you’ll see a pop-up in the upper-left corner of your screen that says "Activate Rift Beacons for Peelverine 0/3". This confirms that the quest has been activated, and now you just need to find and activate the Rift Beacons.

The Rift Beacons are located in Peelverine’s original spot—right where the new timer for the upcoming event is displayed. Head over to the east side of Reckless Railways, where you’ll see several white exclamation marks. These mark the locations of the Rift Beacons. Simply approach each one, press the interact button to activate it, and repeat the process two more times to complete the quest.
