To start this quest, first, you need to talk with Peabody, who is located at the Pea Bois HQ Landmark. You can find this Landmark northeast of the Redline Rig POI and south of Nitrodrome. Check the image below for the exact location on the map.
After talking with Peabody, he will ask you to 'Help Propagate Peabody's Pea Buddies in different matches.' Luckily, the Pea Buddies are located in the same area. You can find them on the lower level of the green house, which is the east building of the Pea Bois HQ. Refer to the image below for the exact location.

How to Help Propagate Peabody's Pea Buddies in Fortnite
Once you find Peabody's Pea Buddies, you need to propagate them, which essentially means interacting with them. I initially had trouble with this part because the interact button didn't appear. I tried shooting and using the pickaxe, but nothing worked. Fortunately, there's an easy fix for this problem.
Simply remove the floor below the Pea Buddies with your pickaxe and move around them until the interact button appears. Interact with them, and that's it! Repeat this process in two more matches to complete the challenge.
