Insomniac Games Full Roadmap Leak
A leaked image surfaced following the hack, from which we can see all of the future plans for Insomniac Games going up until 2033. The next game they are currently working on is the bridge between the second and third Spider-Man titles, called Venom: Lethal Protector. From there, we are going to be getting the highly-anticipated Wolverine game that got announced a few years ago. Nothing too surprising following that, with Spider-Man 3 and a new Ratchet & Clank game, but we did not expect to see X-Men on this list.
Here is the full list of project planned by Insomniac Games for the next 10 years:
- 2023 - Marvel's Spider-Man 2
- 2025 - Venom: Lethal Protector
- 2026 - Marvel's Wolverine
- 2028 - Marvel's Spider-Man 2
- 2029 - Ratchet & Clank
- 2030 - Marvel's X-Men
- 2031 - New IP
Keep in mind that some if not all of these release windows might get delayed due to the severity of this hack.
That is everything that was leaked concerning Insomniac's roadmap for their future projects. Game development is no easy task, especially in the last decade, and this hack might lead to a lot of these projects being delayed or straight up scrapped. Hopefully, Insomniac recovers and is able to deliver more amazing games in the coming years.
