• The chapter begins with a flashback to when Yuta beheads Kenjaku, releasing cursed spirits and making it out of control.
• Yuta then made Rika handle the rampaging cursed spirits. However, on the next panel, we can see that Kenjaku is still alive, flying with a severe head.
• He then asks Kogane to give Megumi authority over human-Tengen merger.

• As the chapter goes on, Kenjaku reveals to Yuta that he already created a backup plan and finished the ritual to inherit Sukuna
• Kenjaku then sends the Tengen embryo to Sukuna. 

• Next panel shows the previous fight again. Yuta notices Sukuna regaining strength and he may soon use Domain Expansion again
