About Mythic Essence and the Mythic Shop
You can find the Mythic Shop in your League of Legends client. Just navigate to the 'Loot' page and click on the Mythic Essence image.
Mythic Essence is rare and it can be acquired via Event Mission rewards, Event Orbs and Capsules, Masterwork Chests, Summoner Leveling rewards, and Loot Milestone rewards.
