The LEC Winter Split has seen a lot of surprising performance. Ranging from the rather disappointing debut of Karmine Corp. to the meteoric rise of BDS. The LEC has seen a lot of amazing games so far as the 8 qualified teams will be heading into their Bo3 matches to decide the finalists for Winter.
Following the fierce competition as pro players were navigating the new Season 14 changes that drastically shifted the playstyle and strategies in League of Legends.

LEC Winter 2024 Playoffs Schedule
The first week of the playoffs concluded with G2 and BDS advancing in the upper final to face off in a Bo5 as the remaining teams still have a chance to advance following a double elimination format.

SK vs TH (February 10, 2024 17:00 CET)
SK has proven itself to be a very strong team this split as the roster has drastically improved not only its macro game but also individually every player has had their fair share of highlights.
TH has also proved to be very strong, and despite all of the memes of their three core members being washed up, they still have what it takes to be deemed one of the best.
MDK vs GX (February 10, 2024 19:00 CET)
MDK despite being compromised of predominantly rookies, it has shown great teamfighting and overall individual performance as Elyoya is leading the charge in their matches. We are excited to see how much the roster improves over the course of the Playoffs.
GX has been very shaky this split and perhaps they will return much stronger in Spring, however, we should not underestimate how much the team can succeed when pushed into a corner.

G2 vs BDS (February 11, 2024 17:00 CET)
G2 has been performing amazing this split and although they might have the tendency to draft rather ambitiously, they still show amazing macro play.
BDS has shown great improvements from their performance last year and is arguably rivaling G2 so this match will be a very exciting Bo5 to see which teams come out on top to advance to the Winter Split Final.
VIT vs TBD (February 12, 2024 17:00 CET)
VIT although showing potential still suffers from some all-around stability as the reliance on playmaking rather than general macro play can be quite punishing should the roster get behind during their games.
FNC vs TBD (February 12, 2024 19:00 CET)
FNC as an organization has always famed itself with bringing banger games and with the current Bo3 format in the Playoffs, we might see the team pop off and start making its way to the Split Final against all odds.

All in all, this split showed some amazing games as competition was relentless at times. The LEC Winter Regular Season has concluded and as things start becoming even more intense, we will see a lot more bangers.
