How to Build A Bridge in Dondoko Island

Once you start exploring the outskirts of Dondoko Island, you will find that some areas are inaccessible and require a bridge for you to reach them. You can also reach this conclusion by opening up the map of the zone and noticing that there are a lot of areas that are not currently available to you. If you are wondering how you can build a bridge or reach these areas, the short answer is that you can't. You will only be able to build a bridge and reach these areas after upgrading your Dondoko Island Resort to two stars.

Once you complete the initial tutorial of the zone and reach two stars in your Resort Rank, a lot of new mechanics are going to become available to you. One of these is going to be the bridge construction, which will finally allow you to enter the northern regions of the map. Building a bridge is very similar to clearing an area of pollution; you need to interact with the signpost and pay a certain amount of Dokobucks. The cost of these bridges is quite steep, with the first one costing 200,000 Dokobucks.

Once you have collected the necessary amount of Dokobucks, you can interact with the sign and build the bridge. Make sure that Ichiban is healthy, as once you step through the bridge, you will be met with a ton of Washbuckler enemies, some of which are stronger, dealing more damage and having more health. After defeating the enemies, you can continue your progress through the zone on your journey to the three-star Resort Rank!
