Win Rate: 51.55% Pick Rate: 13.41% Ban Rate: 21.44%
Since the hotfix, K'Sante has stayed around the 50% win rate, but that does not mean that he is completely balanced as once you have a better understanding of hit kit, he can be quite deadly.
Q - Ntofo Strikes
- Required Bonus Health for Minimum Cast Time: 1200 ⇒ 1600
Tahm Kench - S Tier
With the recent nerf to his passive, Tahm Kench is still a monster in the top lane, however you now have a bigger chance to survive his full combo.

Gragas - B Tier
Patch 13.22 made some adjustments to his Body Slam and Explosive Cask abilities which mean the end of 'Impregnator Gragas' and the Book Build. Stacking ability haste is no longer viable to maintain a 100% uptime on his stun.

If his invade is successful, then the enemy jungler will simply fall behind very fast as Graves' jungle clear is not only very good, but his damage is insane if he is able to get ahead quite early into the game. Fortunately, Riot Games lowered the amount of armor he gets from his E.

Rammus - A Tier
