K'Sante is rolling in the mud as his win rate is still at a staggering 45.51%, with Riot Games unable to balance him properly.

PROS:

Jayce has been struggling for quite some time in the top lane as his current kit and playstyle do not favor most of the top-tier matches you will face in your ranked game. 

Aatrox plummeted to the bottom of the tier list due to his adjustments to his abilities in Patch 14.12.

Sion is barely seeing any play, so you'd best avoid picking him unless you would like to try out Thebausffs strategy. 

It seems that Riot is trying to push Mordekaiser in the jungle as he got some minor buffs to his monster damage, however, his Q got adjusted to prevent him from harassing enemy champions during the laning phase.

Rumble has been struggling to maintain his relevancy as more and more players are opting to play him in the bot lane.

• Passive needs constant maintenance for optimal damage
• Needs good setup either from the jungler or support for team fights

Teemo is still the horrible menace to lane against, however, he quickly falls off in terms of relevancy come mid-game. 

Renekton has seen better days, and although you can get a significant advantage during the laning phase, your lack of proper scaling ultimately punishes you when the game is prolonged.

• Very consistent laning phase

• Lacks scaling
• Can struggle against ranged champions

Varus is a very odd choice when it comes to the top lane, however, it can be viable if your team lacks poke or a way of shutting down powerful top lane champions that are laning phase-dependant.

• Adequate damage and tower pushing
• Good tank killer

CONS: 

• Very squishy
• Can struggle against heavy engage comps

Ornn can be your go-to pick if you just want to survive until the mid-game. His revamped passive is also a great addition for your team to have, further enabling hyper carry champions. 

Ryze can easily become a late-game monster if he is able to safely farm until the mid-to-late game, however, his lack of presence in the early game can be detrimental when it comes to objectives.

• Intuitive gameplay
• Amazing scaling

CONS:

• Weak early game
• Short range

Shen is an amazing lane bully with great map presence due to his global ultimate. Coupled with his good team-fight presence, you can't go wrong with this tanky ninja.

Singed saw some much-needed buffs to his Q damage and ultimate cooldown, so you will be seeing this toxic scientist more often proxying you. 

PROS:

• Very fun playstyle
• Absolute monster in team fights 

CONS:

• Proxy playstyle can be tricky at first
• Lower damage than most top laners

Illaoi is making a slight comeback in the top lane as her annoying kit can bully out squishier champions out of lane, securing you minor advantages over the course of the game. 

Pantheon is climbing up the ranks as his insane damage can easily bully your opponents into losing out farm. 

PROS:

• Great skirmisher
• Very annoying to play against

CONS:

• Can struggle against tankier champions

Urgot is doing surprisingly well, given how much harass and pushing potential you have, you can easily choke out your enemy into giving up CS and plates.

This gravedigger is adding more to his pile of victims, ultimately securing him a spot among some of the best top lane champions.

• Amazing split pushing
• Very capable of handling 1v2 fights

CONS:

• Can struggle against ranged comps

Poppy has been popping off as a reliable tank and anti-engage champion that can make every champion with dashes uninstall the game, coupled with her amazing ultimate to zone out key enemy targets.

Quinn is also making a comeback as her playstyle can enable you to roam almost seamlessly as well as effectively shut down enemy top laners as her kit allows her to harass without much issue.

• Can struggle against tankier champions

Gwen has been popping off as of late. Her laning phase coupled with the sheer damage she can unleash in fights.

Camille has once again become a monster in the top lane as not only do you become an unstoppable late-game threat, but your split pushing is hardly ever matched.

Another amazing duelist, split pusher, and overall lane bully that can easily tilt enemies into doing bad plays, Fiora is your key to victory.

Kennen has been seeing more play recently due to his very consistent team fighting coupled with his relatively safe laning phase.

Darius is one of the most scary juggernauts you can face currently. Not only can he easily 1v1 almost any matchup, but his tankiness makes him even more difficult to deal with.

Nasus once again has risen to the very top due to his incredible buffs to his E, making it much easier to survive the laning phase and scale up without much trouble. 

Malphite has once again returned to the top as a strong anti-AD pick, given how much his kit suppresses auto-attack heavy champions.

• Incredibly tanky
• One of the best ultimates in the game
• Great laning

• Low damage
