We will go through all of the item changes in this recent data mine to see what we can expect in the next League of Legends patch. Please keep in mind that the information is not final and is subject to change as Rioters test out different ideas and stats.

LoL 15.1 Patch PBE Item Changes
Tank Items
Abyssal Mask
- Passive Aura: Shreds 30% Magic Resistance ⇒ Increases Magic Damage taken by 12%
- No longer unique with other % Magic Penetration items (Bligthing Jewel, Void Staff, Cryptbloom, Terminus, and Bloodletter's Curse)
- Health: 300 ⇒ 350
- Magic Resistance: 45 ⇒ 50
Aegis of the Legion
- Cost: 1200g ⇒ 1100g
- Armor: 30 ⇒ 25
- Magic Resistance: 30 ⇒ 25
Heartsteel
- Damage: 80 (+12% bonus HP from items only) ⇒ 70 (+6% total HP from everything)
Unending Despair
- Recipe: Chain Vest + Kindlegem + Ruby Crystal + 800g (2800g total) ⇒ Aegis of the Legion + Giant's Belt + 800g (2800g total)
- Health: 350 ⇒ 400
- Armor: 60 ⇒ 25
- [NEW] + 25 Magic Resistance
- Drain Cooldown: 5s ⇒ 4s
- Drain Base Damage: 30-50 linear ⇒ 8-15 linear
Warmog's Armor
- Recipe: Giant's Belt + Winged Moonplate + Crystaline Bracer + 800g (3300g total) ⇒ Giant's Belt + Giant's Belt + Crystaline Bracer + 700g (3300g total)
- Innate Movement Speed: 4% ⇒ 0%
- Out of Combat Movement Speed: 4% ⇒ 0%
- Out of Combat tHP Healing per second: 5% ⇒ 3%
- Out of Combat bHP Threshold: 1500 ⇒ 2000
- Out of Combat Cooldown: 6s ⇒ 8s
- NEW: Grants 10% increased health from items (does not need 2000 health requirements to activate; counts towards said threshold)
Bloodletter's Curse
- Recipe: Haunting Guise + Fiendish Codex + 750g = 2900g
- Ability Haste: 15
- Health: 350
- Ability Power: 60
- Passive: Dealing magic damage from abilities or passives to enemy champions decreases enemy Magic Resistance for 6s, max 6 stacks for 30% MR shred
- Empowered attacks also count if they apply spell effects
- Damage from items and runes do not grant stacks
- A single cast instance can only stack once every 0.3s

Boots Upgrades
- Tier 3 Requirement: Level 15 --> winning Feats of Strength and owning two Legendary items
- Winning Feats also grants Tier 2 boots a stat boost prior to upgrading to Tier 3:
- Plated Steelcaps: +5 Armor
- Mercury's Treads: +5 MR
- Ionian Boots of Lucidity: +5 Ability Haste
- Boots of Swiftness: +5 Movement Speed
- Berserker's Greaves: +5% Attack Speed
- Sorcerer's Shoes: +4 Magic Penetration
- Synchronized Souls: +5 Movement Speed
Gunmetal Greaves

- Passive: After taking champion damage, gain a shield 10-140 linear (+4% total HP) for 4s
- Cooldown: 12s
Spellslinger's Shoes
- Cost: 750 upgrade (1850g total)
- Movement Speed: 50
- Flat Magic Penetration: 19
- Percent Magic Penetration: 10%
Armored Advance
- Cost: 750g upgrade (1950g total)
- Movement Speed: 50
- Armor: 40
- Passive: After taking champion physical damage, gain a shield 10-140 linear (+4% total HP for 4s)
- Cooldown: 12s
Forever Forward
- Cost: 750 upgrade (1650g total)
- Movement Speed: 55
Passive: Gain Empowered Recall - Passive: Gain +45 flat movement speed out of combat and 10% total movement speed
Crimson Lucidity
- Cost: 750g upgrade (1650g total)
- Movement Speed: 50
- Ability Haste: 25
- Summoner Spell Haste: 10
- Passive: Gain (10% melee|8% ranged) speed for 4s whenever you case a Summoner Spell, deal ability damage to champions, or empower/protect allies with abilities
- Possibly works like the Aery rune
- One trigger per ability cast
Swiftmarch
- Cost: 750g upgrade (1750g total)
- Movement Speed: 75
- Slow Resist: 10%
- Passive: Gain 4% total movement speed
