LoL 2024 MSI Upper Bracket Stage Schedule and Format

With the League of Legends 2024 Mid-Season Invitational Play-Ins concluded, we now know all of the remaining teams that will be fighting head-on for a chance to win one of the most prestigious international events the pro scene has to offer.

Eight teams will now have to face off the strongest competitors each region had to offer, as we saw some major upsets in the Play-Ins, notably FlyQuest losing to PSG Talon. Regardless, the second seed from the LEC, Fnatic, was able to advance further into the tournament so we will see some banger series this time around.

MSI 2024 Bracket Stage Schedule and Format

The League of Legends 2024 Mid-Season Invitational Bracket Stage will consist of Best-of-Five matches (Bo5) that will have teams fighting in a rather gruesome series. The format will consist of single Bo5s with double elimination, giving the 8 contenders another chance at glory in the Lower Bracket.

They are separated into different tiers, which affected how the draw would pan out, placing some quite interesting matchups for fans to watch.

Although a lot of fans are rooting for the LPL and LCK to win their matches, we might see some surprising performances, thus increasing the stakes for the most regarded regions to see if they can defend their fame as being the best of the best. 

Although Western teams have always been under heavy criticism for their international performance, hopefully, these Bo5 series will bring us some banger series that will have everyone on the edge of their seats.
