EMEA Masters Format

This time around, the EMEA Masters tournament will feature Fearless Draft, which basically means that a champion can be played once per series. According to recent reports and community sentiment, Fearless Draft has reignited the spark and League of Legends Esports might see an even bigger awakening in 2025.
The format of the tournament itself will include two separate stages:
Group Stage
- 16 teams
- GSL Group Stage (meaning that teams get a total of three attempts to qualify out of the group
- Best-of-three (Bo3) matches
- 4 groups consisting of 4 teams
- Top 2 teams of each group advance to the Knockout Stage
Knockout Stage
- 8 teams
- Single elimination bracket
- Best-of-five (Bo5) matches
Both stages will feature the Fearless Draft format, so get ready for some off-meta champions and pocket picks that just might come in clutch.
